While we watch in awe as these brave men and women walk past us in the airport or on a busy street we all too often forget what they have done for us as the uniform is put away.
According to recent statistics, 80% of men aged 80-89 are veterans! The numbers are astonishing. We see our seniors as we go to visit a loved one and have no idea what these heroic men and women have done to alter the course of our country’s and ultimately, our history.
